Like any good book hoarder there are more unread books on my bookshelves then I care to admit. Having worked in a bookstore for six-years, it isn’t surprising that my stack has grown a more unyielding over time. I just couldn’t help myself sometimes. A new batch of books would arrive at the store almost everyday and there would always be something to ooh and aah over.
So, when I came across this100 book challenge Shefari, it seemed like a good way to tackle my stack, and I’m actually surprised I haven’t thought of doing something like this before. I’m going to take a small liberty with the challenge and extend to a thirteen month challenge, so that when Jan. 1, 2012 arrives, I can look back and see something substantial I’ve accomplished.
